This is the only mass-produced model I know of that has "Wilkes-Barre" on it. My favorite railroad, the Delaware & Hudson, did not extend farther southwest than that city and nearby townships until it got major trackage rights after Conrail was formed. The first mill on the site in the city was built in 1795; later plants there, run by generations of the same family, were big millers of wheat & corn, producing flour, chicken & livestock feed plus ingredients for brewing. They were on the Lehigh Valley RR, a friendly connection with the D&H. I grew up in PA, taught history and know about Isaac Barre & John Wilkes; they were English but sympathized with Americans during their Revolution. The real cars were built in 1963; W-B M Co. last only a few years, but the cars ran well into the 1970s. The car and the other two #s Atlas made are very nicely done; I'll weather mine only lightly.
