Description
Panzer IV Ausf H. with Armor - Academy 13233
The Panzer IV was a WWII German medium tank used in all theatres of the war and was in continuous production with well over 8,000 tanks manufactured between 1936 and 1945. Envisioned as a support tank, the Panzer IV was reliable with sturdy armor and firepower. During Operation Barbarossa, this Panzer IV variant was the German's main tank, but when they began to encounter the Soviet's T-34, the Panzer and her crews found themselves outgunned, and the 75mm howitzer with which it was equipped faltered against the might of these new tanks. This kit with over 400 plastic parts faithfully recreates the Panzer IV Ausf H. with Schurzen Armor in 1/35 scale.
