Be on the lookout for a digital Factory Direct Hobbies “Gift Card” sent to your email address from “Model Train Stuff via Factory Direct Hobbies” and a subject line that reads “Model Train Stuff bought you a gift card at Factory Direct Hobbies”. Depending upon your remaining balance, you may receive one or more of these emails.
These gift card balances do not expire so you may choose to wait to use your balance until a later date and there is nothing you must do at this time to “claim” your gift card as it will be logged safely into Factory Direct Hobbies’ system*. To use your gift card(s), simply copy / paste the code into the box at checkout and the credit will automatically be applied.
