Description
HMS Rodney was one of two Nelson-class battleships built for the Royal Navy in the mid-1920's. Rodney played a major role in the sinking of the German battleship Bismarck in May 1941. Kit features 1-piece main hull, deck casting with engraved plank texture, individual deck fittings, full weapon's array, ships boats, ships crane, chain for anchor, detailed bridge, radar and antenna, (x2) Mk.1 planes, name plate, display stand and many additional fine details. Photo-etch parts (superstruture, handrails, ladders, stairs, gun tubs, bridge, gun directors, crane, raillings and more). Includes 5-view color painting guide and decals for hull markings, jack and ensigns. Completed model is approximately 42.6" long.
