Very nice piece. My first BLI loco, very impressive. Price was good, arrived earlier than expected!

Your E6 is a great engine. The only thing that needs improvement is the distance between the engine and tender; it's too much.

Years ago, BLI offered both sound and no sound. Personally, I don't care for BLI sound. I own well over fifty BLI engines and have replaced most with TCS Wow sound decoders. Don't like the extra expense. I didn't change the decoder in my BLI S2 for obvious reasons. By the way, your S2 is outstanding. I compared it to my brass S2 and yours beats it hands down.

BLI has been a great supplier of fantastic locomotives and cars. Particularly for us Pennsy fans.

Thanks.

The PRR E-6 4-4-2 ran fine for approximately 100 feet until a stripped screw popped out. The mechanism on the left side of the engine then came loose. Since the screw was apparently stripped in the manufacture, the engine has been sent back to FDH for repair/replacement. This is not a comment about the quality of BLI engines; I have several and am very happy with the quality of their products and their commitment to providing quality products and backing their products.

Looks and runs great!!

BLI shows why this Atlantic would end up in a museum as the hard charging locomotive it is. Paint and lettering caps the look and a smooth running mechanism is the finishing touch. Get them while you can.
