The WalthersMainline HO Scale 45' Logging Flatcar is used for hauling logs between cutting/loading sites to sawmills. Prototype cars are designed to haul logs safely on common-carrier railroads, the 45' Log Flats are based on prototype conversions that once operated on several lines. The cars are fitted with four bunks and a partially open deck which allows loose bark to fall clear of the car.
