[About the actual car]
- The Dodge Dart was produced by the American Chrysler brand from 1960 to 1976.
- The first generation model was released as a full-size car, but from the second generation onwards, the size was reduced through model changes, and it eventually changed into a compact car.
- The fourth generation model, which appeared in 1967, added a two-door coupe body and attracted attention for its distinctive body design, including a curved rear window.
- A wide range of engines were available, including 6-cylinder, V8, and HEMI, and high-performance cars equipped with the HEMI engine were popular for use in motorsports and as a base for customization.
- The Dodge Dart had been dropped from the lineup after 1976, but was revived in 2013 as a name for a compact car.
