Totally out of scale. Height of a standard 55 gal drum: 33"
Diameter: 24".

These drums are not properly sized for HO scale; they are huge. This company seems to have a real problem printing things at the correct scale, i.e., their pallets, 31541 Individual Tires (what size are these severely sad tires supposed to be?), 31015 Backhoe, again, no detail and no clue what the prototype was.

Phoenix Precision Models was not so precise in scaling the plan for these drums. If you do a quick internet search for "What are the Dimensions of a 55 Gallon Drum?", you'll find that the outside dimensions should be 33" tall and have a diameter of 24 inches.

But these drums are much larger. In the photos attached, the Phoenix drums are measured on a scale HO ruler to be much bigger in both dimensions. See the photos for a comparison to a Tichy 55 gal drum. The Phoenix drums are entirely out of scale.
