Description
The original kit was produced by Northeastern Scale Models back in the 70s & 80s.
These three structures combine to render a realistic scene that can be found along the side of any railroad track. Complete with fencing, fully detailed porches, and even clotheslines, this structure is based on an original model by famed hobbyist Earl Smallshaw.
I made some changes to the kit. The kit contains:
Laser-cut outside walls
Laser-cut inner support walls
Laser-cut porch railings
Laser-cut stairs and railings
Laser-cut porch floors with scribed lines
Laser-cut tarpaper roofing material
Clothesline with poles
Templates for making clothes for the clothesline
Template for making the back fence
Easy-to-follow instructions
The diorama base is 13" x 15"
If you want to replace the laser-cut windows with plastic ones, please look under the HO scale, detail items, and click on the window set for this kit. You'll get 60 6 over 6 windows. They will fit in the laser-cut holes already. No filing is needed. The doors are still laser-cut.
