Description
This is set contains 1/72nd scale accessories for creating dioramas with 1/72 scale aircraft models. The items in this set are typical of the equipment used on modern US aircraft. Today's military aircraft use a wide range of weapons to support multiple roles in modern warfare. One such weapon, the Israeli-designed AN/AAQ-28 LITENING targeting pod, has been used by numerous U.S. combat aircraft. Joint Direct Attack Munitions (JDAMs), like GBU-31 and GBU-38, help convert unguided bombs into all-weather smart bombs. Kit assortment features nine newly tooled U.S. aircraft weapons, including the AN/AAQ-28 LITENING AT, the AN/AAQ-33 SNIPER XR, the GBU-31 (V) 3, the GBU-38 and AN/AAQ-13. Highly detailed model kit includes waterslide decals and illustrated instructions. Kit consists of 81 parts. Paint colors needed: Silver, Gold, Olive Drab, Clear Blue, Flat White, FS36118 Gray, and FS36375 Gray.
