Description
The AtlasO Trainman(R) three-rail O Scale 40' Sliding-Door Boxcar is based on a popular boxcar produced by American Car & Foundry (ACF) from the late 1940s through the mid-1950s. It's representative of the thousands of similar cars that ran on virtually all North American rail lines. This car features such accurate details as the diagonal roof panels and improved dreadnaught ends characteristic of the prototype. Other features include separately applied roof walks, ladder, brake wheel and brake lines, accurate painting and lettering, see-through roof walks, a detailed injection-molded body, metal wheels and metal knuckle couplers. This car requires O-31or larger curves. The 40' Sliding-Door Boxcar is perfect for your late steam and classic-diesel-era train consists. Check out the entire line of AtlasO freight cars.
