Description
The Shiden Kai is a full-fledged low-wing land local fighter based on the strong wind, which was
officially adopted in January 1945 after the mid-wing type Shiden.
At the same time, it was intensively deployed to the 343rd Naval Air Squadron (Sword Unit)
, which was formed by gathering experienced pilots from all over the country with the aim of regaining air superiority in the airspace
surrounding the mainland, and achieved military success.
The kit reproduces the earlier model with a wider vertical tail area.
Support parts are sandwiched inside the fuselage to ensure ease of assembly and strength.
The cockpit is designed so that it can be assembled from the bottom of the fuselage after the fuselage is pasted together.
The muzzle of the 20mm machine gun on the main wing is opened with a slide mold.
The canopy and flap can be opened or closed.
The pilot figure
is finished with a sense of precision and presence by Mr. Ichiro Take (prototype maker). There are two types of heads to choose from.
